Dwayne Stanley Sr.
Co-Founder, Chief Operations Officer and Head Builder
Dwayne is the Co-Founder, Chief Operations Officer and Head Builder of LiCrucian Legacy Farm. On nights and weekends, after he returns home from his full-time job, you can usually find him building or repairing something, whether it’s our chicken coop, raised beds, or hammering away at carpentry projects.
Favorite Vegetable: Broccoli
Aljani Stanley
Co-Founder, Chief Growing Officer and Resident Herbalist
Aljani is the Co-Founder,Chief Growing Officer and Resident Herbalist of LiCrucian Legacy Farm. She is the farm’s glue; from the vision, to plants to customers. She loves educating on herbs, farming, sustainability and process improvement.
Favorite Vegetable: Potato Greens (leaves from Sweet Potatoes)
Tiffany Stanley
Account Manager and Sensory Evaluator
Tiffany is the farm’s Account Manager and Sensory Evaluator. She takes great care in getting our season off to a productive start. From the planting of seeds to harvest, she performs quality checks on the taste, smell, and appearance of our produce. She manages the farm accounts, vendors, inventory and orders.
Favorite Vegetable: Kale
Dwayne Stanley Jr.
Manager of Operations and Logistics
Dwayne is our Manager of Operations and Logistics on the farm. He enjoys helping to build structures, harvesting produce, feeding the chickens and testing out new technology. Due to his management, research, implementation and care of the farm logistics, we were able to automate many of our processes.
Favorite Vegetable: Peas
